The Masonic Temple Building is Neo-Classical Revival style. It was constructed in 1925 by A.L.Stokoe, a local bottling and lighting magnate.

Fun Fact: Stokoe also installed the first streetlights in Bay St. Louis — which turned out to be quite a controversial undertaking. Many citizens considered the lights unsightly, and a lawsuit was filed to prevent the project.
