With an elevation of 31 feet, Tercentenary Park overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Park is located at an elevation of 31 feet at the highest elevation in the area. The Park has a life-sized bronze statue commemorates the French explorer Bienville, who sailed into the Bay of St. Louis over 300 years ago.  There is also a granite marker honoring Bay St. Louis benefactor Bill Eastburn, a Pennsylvania native whose volunteerism led to an honorary citizenship.
