The public can access the information on Disability Connections website.

The Family Resource Guide is designed to give to individuals and families find assistance with food, clothing, utilities, employment, health, housing, entertainment, veteran & disability support, and other needs during times of unemployment or underemployment. The resources in the Guides should be free or at minimal cost for those in need.

The TRACK Guide (Transition Resources to Advocate through Community Knowledge) provides a starting point for families who have a student with disabilities for transitioning out of school into adult life. It offers a variety of information and resources often requested in making an informed decision and can be used as a guide for conversations.

The Career Success Guide provides information and resources to assist with eliminating barriers to employment, especially for individuals with disabilities. It is a tool to assist in exploring options, making important decisions, and designing an individualized, step-by-step organized plan for employment.
